Terms and Conditions

We require full payment to guarantee all reservations. If cash is elected, there will be a 50% deposit required on the credit card.

We reserve the right to establish a minimum charge of $ 175.00 for the necessary cleaning and/or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and update or change any contract before sending it to the customers.

We reserve the right the change the fare 7 days or more before the day of service or if the customer has not signed the agreement.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all trip details are correct before making any payments. In the event that the driver arrives at the pick up location and finds a discrepancy in the passenger, baggage, or flight data, this will lead to the cancellation of the trip, as well as no refund of the amount paid.

Waiting time rate at the airport is the first 30 minutes free for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals, the hourly wait rate is $120.00.

Additional stops or demanding waiting - extra charges will be $50 with a 15-minute courtesy waiting time; thereafter the applicable charge waiting time applies, the hourly wait rate is $120.00.

Cancellation policy states that cancellation of trips: A notice of 12 Hours or more will be charged 5%. A notice of 2-12 Hours will be charged 50%. Less than 2 hours and no-shows will be charged 100%.
